1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive
- technical visit data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time of visit) if you have allowed analytics cookies;
- hosting logs required to run and protect the website;
- data you send yourself when you write to us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiries, to run and protect the website, and to understand in aggregate how visitors use it. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics cookies are enabled only after you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. Until then analytics runs without cookies and stores no data about you. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. The website also stores your cookie choice in the browser, which is necessary for it to work.
5. Sharing with third parties
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, whose servers may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Such cross-border transfer takes place only with your consent. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider. We share data with other parties only in the cases provided for by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. How long we keep the data
Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months. Correspondence with you is kept as long as needed to reply and to continue our cooperation, or for the period set by law.
7. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and its Protection” you may find out what data of yours we process, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@astrokvanta.kz. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
